BAD COMPANY
KEEP AWAY FROM THIS FIRM. For Four years they have failed to perform for me and have only caused me to incur more tax penalties and interest.
They negotiated nothing on my behalf, failed to stay in contact with me, and ignored my demands for an accounting. Basically I have been abandoned. My repeated emailed requests for a fee refund have been met with replies that they are being looked into. Zero follow up on the promise.
Their failure to communicate directly with me and abandonment of my case is contrary to clear California Bar standards.
The only interest and urgency they displayed was in squeezing me for a $29,000 fee.
Though I demanded a refund and accounting of their time and fees 5 months ago, and repeated the demand twice more, to date the reply has been that they will get back to me. Crickets.

They stole my money and did nothing. Get the same information over and over pretending they needed it to be signed when you had clearly already done it before.
They seem to be scammers. My advice is to work with IRS on your own.

US Tax Shield is fraudulent!
I paid them thousands to resolve a NYS tax issue in 2012 due to a divorce. I was told 2 years later that everything was resolved.
Just got a letter in the mail from NYS with a huge bill! So I called them, EVERYONE dodged me after I told them I was a previous client. I was promised call backs and never got any return calls. They lie and tell you they fix issues but they don’t.
They’ve been dodging me for the last week.
They are a waste of money. Don’t hire them!

In the rare occurrence that your call went missed, I want nothing more than to get to the bottom of that as well as resolve any notices you may have received from the state.

Gave them $6000.00 three years ago. Promised the moon!
Every time I call to ask the progress I'm told the person who previously helped was no longer there. Penalty, interest, garnishment, liens-- all are continuing. The amount previously owed when they were hired has more than double. Everything promised at the start has not happened .When I mention to my NEW assistant what was told to be when they were hired now tells me, no that was not true.
I have notes that were taken upon deciding whether to hire this firm.
These people are the biggest liars and rip offs you could ever ask for. I'm getting to close to turning 65 years old with only a retirement check for me and my husband The IRS has garnished my husbands and I''m not sure if I may lose my home because of the BIG promise US Tax Shield made to me

US Tax Shield - Tax Resolution Review
Three years ago I paid US Tax Shiels close to $6k. Six months later I got an email that the attorney resigned.
I got a letter from the IRS confirming their statement. Months later they called and asked for my new tax return. This procedure continued for 3 years.
Fellows, trust me they do nothing for you, just drag it. I live in the Bay Area and hired Kirk Moore to called them and schedule payment plan.
Stay away from these people do not give them a penny!!

US Tax Shield takes the feedback of our clients very seriously and we strive to provide the best service for each client. We have been in direct contact with the client and have relayed the following information as well as the outcome.
Prior to receiving notification of our client’s concerns, the Power of Attorney assigned to the case had been following up with the IRS, waiting for them to confirm that they had adjusted our client’s balances down to what is actually owed.
In the midst of addressing our client’s concerns directly with him, we received confirmation from the IRS that they had reduced the balance to the corrected amount.
In regards to services for the state, upon the client hiring US Tax Shield, there was no need for state representation because the client did not have a balance for the tax year in question. However, as a courtesy, we obtained a state Power of Attorney form and called the state to confirm the client in fact did not have the balance.
Our top priority is always client satisfaction and we are glad that we were able to address our client’s concerns and could come to an understanding.

High fee for little help
They set up payment plan with IRS but charged me $3k to do so after which I found out I could have done that myself by calling IRS directly, for free.
